Q.) How do I get the phone number to stay in the athlete info after I put it in?

A.) Put the phone number in without any hyphens or dashes. Top

Q.) I can't print a workout schedule for an athlete, it tells me there are no records available why?

A.) You need to check the start date for the athlete and make sure they have one. Top

Q.) When I do a save and then try to restore, I get a message telling me there was an error Zipping files and will not restore my information. Why?

A.) This means there are files that got corrupted during the save process, do the save again making sure this time that there are NO lights on the disk drive before you take the disk out of the drive, this will ensure the save has finished properly. Top

Q.) I have both AAS Dos and BTC Windows, I added Core lifts and Auxiliary lifts and saved them, I then closed the program. When I opened the program up again my Core lifts and Auxiliary lifts had disappeared. Why?

A.) When Installing AAS Update along with BTC Windows you need to make sure you install them both before opening either on of them. If you install AAS and then open the program before installing BTC Windows it does not update the lifts correctly and will make any Core lifts and Auxiliary lifts disappear added to BTC Window disappear. Q.) When I want to print workout schedules from the reports menu and select them to print with just the date and a sport code, it tells me there are no records available. Why?

A.) An early version of the BTC Windows had an glitch in the sports code selection, it would only hold up to 8 characters in the field, so if you selected Basketball it would not recognize it because it has 10 characters. One way to resolve this problem is to shorten the sport to 8 characters so it can recognize it, you do this in Browse sport codes. Top

Q.) I have installed the Update for AAS and the new BTC for Windows, after doing so I could open both programs and were working fine, but now when I open either on of them I get a program hault error. Why?

A.) When you get this error, you have probably opened the old BTC Dos version, in doing so it creates errors for the new BTC WIN program so when you open it back up it doesn't open. you need to reinstall BOTH AAS and BTC window programs and also delete the old BTC Dos Icon on your desktop so you don't accidently open it again. Top

Q.) I can not "Insert" a new sport code. Why?

A.) If you ordered BTC between 1-31-01 to 12-13-01 you may have this problem, if you need to add a new sport you can highlight a sport you are not going to be using and select the "Change" button and change the information to your new sport. If this creates a problem call Customer Service and we will send you a new BTC. Top

Q.) How can I tell what version of BTC I am running?

A.) If you open the program and select the help screen it will bring up the welcome screen if you look in the lower right hand corner it will tell you what version you are running. Top

Q.) Will BTC for Windows run on a Mac?

A.) Yes, but only if you are running Virtual PC version 3.0, if you are running 4.0 it will not run, there are some registry problems that stops it from running. Top
